User Responsibilities
As a user, you are expected to use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner. You agree not to generate, share, or distribute any content that violates the laws of your country or international standards. Additionally, you acknowledge that Felter AI reserves the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms of Service. You bear full responsibility for any legal consequences, damages, or claims that arise from the creation or sharing of inappropriate or dangerous content.
Content and Intellectual Property
Content generated through Felter AI, including learning paths, lessons, and exercises, is the intellectual property of the user who creates it. Users are free to share this content with others by distributing the unique link provided. However, by using the platform, you grant Felter AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to access, store, and display the content as necessary to provide the platform's services. This does not affect your ownership rights, but it allows us to operate the platform efficiently.
Platform Responsibilities

Payments and Subscriptions

Each subscription plan comes with a specific number of credits per month. If, at the time of renewal, your credits fall below the amount specified in your plan, your credits will be replenished to the specified level. At present, Felter AI does not offer refunds. However, users are free to cancel their subscription at any time. In certain cases, Felter AI may issue additional credits to compensate for service disruptions or justified user complaints.

We may update or modify these terms from time to time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Account Suspension and Termination

Such violations include, but are not limited to, the generation or distribution of illegal content, misuse of the platform, or exploitation of bugs and system vulnerabilities. Depending on the severity of the violation, Felter AI may take action ranging from a temporary suspension to a permanent ban of the user's account. Users who exploit bugs may also face account suspension or termination, depending on the nature and severity of the exploitation.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Paris, France. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for any legal matters that may arise.
Force Majeure
Felter AI is not liable for any interruptions or delays in the service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or other force majeure events. Any failure by Felter AI to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
